After working for almost a year putting this together, finally it’s happening! Former “Platter” and “Avalon” Soul-singer Skipper Dean is ready to put our new show public. We are opening as a tighten-up show for a sold-out club near Montreal on July 2. Eventually, we will be joined by PBS Doo-Wop Star Jimmy Dooley (also former “Avalon” and “Platter”) to do an expanded show which we hope to take on tour across the Country. Keep checking for updates this Summer, and Google both guys!!

50 Years Of Professional Playing

August 2010 represents half-a-century of me playing professionally, starting in 1965 playing sock-hops, weddings and even on the roof of A&Ws to introduce the Teenburger to London ON. Since then, I’ve played half the World in many varied venues. It’s still as exciting as it was back then, and still I’m in awe of the groove that happens with the band and the audience… All of us who do this are really blessed, and are the luckiest people in the Universe!!!
